Refund Policy

If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

You can cancel at any time from your profile; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you ask within 14 days of a first payment and have used less than 10% of that period's credits, we refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded once credits from them have been used.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack are spent, it is no longer refundable.

Duplicate charges and charges caused by our errors are always refunded.

Contact us with the email on your account and the payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, usually within 5–10 business days. Credits bought with a refunded payment are removed.
